2003 EVENT PHOTOS

Animal Rescue Movement participated in Jacksonville's annual Fall Home & Patio Show for the first time ever! The show proved to be quite a success, as several animals found wonderful homes from the huge exposure that this event brings. |

HAPPY TAILS
Featured story at our booth was that of ARM Mascot "Gulliver", a gentle giant that was near starvation when rescued by organization founder Jeanne Dixon. Nearly 5 years later, Gulliver is healthy, happy and living large! |

PET OVERPOPULATION
Mixed breeds are not the only ones at risk from the serious problem of pet overpopulation! As you can see, this tiny four-month old, purebred Italian Greyhound puppy was also left homeless. Fortunately ARM was there to rescue & provide temporary foster care until a new family could be found.
UPDATE: Diego was adopted by a wonderful family shortly after the show. |

WHY WE DO IT
If you've ever saved a stray dog or cat off the street, or from an abusive situation, or simply from someone who no longer wanted their pet, then you already know what great joy a rescued animal can be. ARM feels that ALL animals deserve a loving & lifetime home! We do our best to rescue those animals who have no other hope of being rescued, those left at community kill shelters as well as those left on the streets to fend for themselves.
